Several opportunities exist to become a vendor with Alley Hoops Jam Social Meetup Series in partnership with Center City Partners Uptown at Victoria Yards location 209 E. 7th Street, Charlotte, NC 28202. Please complete the below form to apply for any of the special events organized by Alley Hoops Jam, a Nonprofit Organization. 

Events and opportunities we are looking for vendor participation include:

· Alley Hoops Jam Social Meet-up event monthly series starts July 24th – October 23rd, 2022 UPTOWN CHARLOTTE at the Victoria Yards in partnership with Center City Partners to deliver a 3 vs. 3 basketball tournament/youth exhibition clinic, live music, karaoke, cultural and health equity workshops, podcast speaker series, food trucks, and vendor spaces. The event is held from 2 to 8 pm every 4th Sunday of each month until October 23rd with other activations to follow as program event services are noted below. 

Our sports and entertainment diverse platform have a culturally sensitive method approach that gives us the opportunity to reach our audience (youth and families) with real-time initiatives and pertinent information.

Reserve your vendor spot for any of the Upcoming Events Scheduled dates:

  • Aug 28th 2022: Social Meetup Series (Sports & Entertainment)
  • Sept 25th 2022: Social Meetup Series (Sports & Entertainment)
  • Oct 23rd 2022: Social Meetup Series (Sports & Entertainment)

o Vendors will be responsible for bringing tables, chairs, and tent lighting – you must provide these basic setup materials. Vendor tent huts are available for vendors who are providing products and services.

o Victoria Yards will facilitate access to POWER, vendors should bring long extension cord(s), multi-outlet plugs, and their own lighting set-up for their space.

o Access to spaces will be in the Preferred Parking lot off of 209 E. 7th Street right next to the event site, plan to be able to CART your set up /product by cart or to the vendor space from your car.

o Parking for vendors is available uptown at the Preferred Parking lot and across the street in a parking deck – 209 E. 7th Street will identify these areas for vendors ahead of the event.

o Each date that you would like to attend should be a separate application using the online form registration link below

o Market timeline: Set up will be 10 am – 1:00 pm, market advertised times are 2 pm – 8 pm. vendor breakdown is 8 pm – 9 pm.

o Vendors are required to stay the entire event scheduled timeframe unless other than a game truck vendor.

o Register by August 21 to receive an early bird price get you $50 off.

Deadline to Apply: August 25th, September 22nd, and, October. 20th for Alley Hoops Jam Social Meet Up Series.
